Okay, so a while ago I had the free AVG but I forgot to update and I eneded up catching a virus. It locked me out of my Task Manager and out of my readit files and nothing I do will turn it back on. Onto of that I bought the AVG pro version but I can't get it to download. Everytime I start it up it eventually comes to a page that tells me that some software may be potientally uncompatible with the AVG program and that I must remove it before I can install it. It's then supposed to give me a list of the incompatible software but the list is blank, so I don't know what needs to be unistalled to install the AVG. How am I supposed to fix this problem?
