"system 32" pops up when I open my computer

How do I STOP "system 32" folder from popping up when I open my Computer
I have 3 separate Accounts on my computer and it only POPS up in 2 my Account whenever I open it. Everytime I have 2 CLOSE it!!!!!!!!!!

Wait, when you open UP the "My Computer" icon on your desktop? Or when you boot up windows?
