blue screen NSW2003 full system scan

Expand Post »
I ran Norton Systems Works 2003 (full system scan) today. I received the dread blue screen of death which reads as follows... ***STOP: 0x000000D1, (0x00000014, 0x00000002,0x0000000,0xBFF710F8) DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL*** Address BFF710F8 base at BFF6E000,Date Stamp,3bd89c65,IdeChnDr.sys...not sure at what point in the scan this happened but...

When I rebooted and reran the scan, it went as far as the last 20,000 files and automatically reboots when it hits - C:\WINNT\ServicePack\File\I386\lang\kor

Anybody have any suggestions for me?
