So i have a video that i want to convert, so my PS3 can read it. It is an mp4 that i wish to convert for the PS3, so a possible output would be to an avi or divx file. However some of the converters i have tried take up to an hour just to convert 20% of the video!

So my question is what is the fastest free video converter?

Additional info - File size 151mb File Format - mp4
Preferred output - PS3 (avi?)

The file may be HD, and i am looking to change the resolution to 1920x1080, and the aspect ratio to 16:9.

No such phrase as fast but free!

couldn't agree more ,speed is nopt a factor for me ,just being FREE and nota demois !!
I use this Free program for my converts ,as i said speed is not an issue for me[i'm over 50] as i usually just set it and forget it ! 20 plus converters in one download compulation !good luck

Actually i found what i was looking for, "PS3 video 9", it lets me choose exactly how i want the video to turn out so i recommend it
