Random Shut Down

Need help trouble shooting random computer shut down, acts like the power went off, can restart and will start normal, at first it would act as if it overheated I was thinking, There are nothing left in the Event viewer as to any error for the day it does this, I looked in to Dr. Watson and 2 errors (old) for the wifi security camera, I even added a extra fan in the case, all other fans are running, 2 in power supply, CPU fan, and the one I added, I have a 600 watt power supply, its not that old, do power supply testers really check it for a LOAD? (LOAD TEST)..
