A friend did a new install of window but there are no driver in the system.i need the drivers.intel pentium 4cpu 2.66Hz 1.99GH of ram.i have a yellow question mark in device manager on ethernet controller and pci device

The OS is the driver for the CPU... :). What you need are chipset and other hardware drivers. Google your mb model, network adapter model etc.

Surely your motherboard come with a CD for the motherboard drivers. Find the CD and your problem is solve.
