Hey.....im trying to use remote assistance to control a friend's computer to fix some problems for him. He fully knows of what im trying to do and even told me his password (just in case). Can someone please tell me how to make it happen now. We're both running WinXP SP2. I tried doing through Msn Messager 7.0 but it still wont work. It either says that he declined which isnt true or that I need to update my messager which i have. Please help.
