After numerous emails with supposed fixes from Hotmail I still cannot turn on the Rich Text Editor in the Tools Menu . It is always showing as Off . I am unable to create new messages or reply and forward old ones . I created a new account with them and that works fine . Can some tell me how to fix this problem please as I do not wish to change my email address.
Thank you Josh , Yes Scipting of Java applets is enabled . Hotmail have finally admitted fault and my email is now working however the RTE is still showing as off but the various formatting option tools are showing and able to be used .
No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months. Please let old threads die and do not reply to them unless you feel you have something new and valuable to contribute that absolutely must be added to make the discussion complete. Otherwise, please start a new thread in this forum instead.
