Running IE link through command prompt

Expand Post »
Basically here is the situation. i want to develop a batch file that can preform multiple actions. one of them is download a file from the net, so that i can send the batch file to people over msn, which would only be a few KB and then DL the 50 mb setup file. Is it possible to make a command in a batch file that would open a link and automatically download the file without asking? becuase i want to make it as user friendly (like the user doesnt have to do anything) as possible. I know, i know, this sounds like i want to make a batch file that would download a virus, but that is not the case.
