Arrange Icons By..

hey guys i just tried to rearrange the icons in my documents so it would be by modified date but it wasnt there? all thats there is name, size, show in groups, auto arrange, and align to grid.

i tried rebooting, thought it might be something to do with my memory, but its still like that. any ideas? thx

there's no "modified" option?
(i just clicked mine and it's there)
