Monitor the internet usage

I have a internet plan which gives me 1GB free usage. I wanna know if there is any tool to check exactly how much data haspassed thru my PC

1GB I would not last 2 days, is this free dialup or something. Be sure to checkout the bandwidth pro monitor.

DU Meter is also a good tool for monitoring internet usage ...
