windows file protection

Maybe some one can help me with the windows file protection i run it once and now keeps coming up every time that i boot my computer , i'm using windows xp

What do you mean? Windows File Protection is a service, not a program that you can run.

If it's coming up every time you reboot, chances are you've got a virus which tries to change critical system files. Get a virus scanner/remover from somewhere and do a full scan on your PC.
