Computer freezes after...

One of my computers has been freezing up a lot today. I checked the even log and it always happens after these five events:

Any ideas? This is on WinXP.
1. Virus.
2. Seyestem restore one day before this began.
3. Or re-install computer (takes 2 hours) Note: rember to save impotant files.
