Windows 2K Passowrd Problems

Expand Post »
HI,

I tried setting up a local network between my desktop and laptop, the desktop asked me for a network password which I left blank, it then required a reboot, and now asks me for a password (I never had a password set before)... now it wont let me log in without one...

Any advice or Ideas?

Thanks in advance

Re: Windows 2K Passowrd Problems

Did you mean a network share? Or did you mean something else?

If a network share make sure that username/password is on that server that is sharing the file/folder. If so use that user etc etc
