Blue Screen Of Death On Windows Xp

It happens numereous time while trying to boot up. Then it will boot up OK as if nothing happened.
I an running windows XP on a Dell PC.
The blue screen tells me the following:
Technical Information:
*** Stop 0X0000008E(0XC0000005,0XF32E02E,OXB6C3B8C0,OX00000000)

*** NaiFiltr.sys - Address F32E0C2E base at F32E0000, DATE STAMP 3b78271d

any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Hi, from what i have read this seems to be related to McAfee anti virus, and its scanning engine. Do you have McAfee on your system? If so try unistalling and reinstalling it.
