ZXDSL 831CII can't connecting in windows XP

Could any one help solve this problem
i m connecting to PTCL DSL from my laptop and its working properly without any configuration but when i am insrting the same line into my PC (windows XP) cann't connecting to internet

did you check to make sure the network card/device in the winxp machine had proper drivers installed
