Re: PHP 5 on Tomcat 5.5

I am able to set up with the links below on XP Pro, Tomcat 5.5, PHP 5.2.6

http://nexus.zteo.com/2008/02/15/how...with-tomcat-5/
http://tomcatenv.awardspace.com/
http://the-double-0-project.net/blog/?p=126
http://blog.taragana.com/index.php/a...mcat-4x-or-5x/

It worked fine only having issue with displaying or creating images. GD support is enabled but could not figure it out. php is working fine.

Re: PHP 5 on Tomcat 5.5
The link: http://tomcatenv.awardspace.com/ above talks about Tomcat 6

I followed that procedure and whilst I got the test page to render OK it failed to run a slide show script (my primary purpose for getting php to work!).

I found another procedure here:

http://php-java-bridge.sourceforge.net/doc/tomcat6.php

You may find this latter procedure is better (I found it quicker and neater) and best of all I found it ran the slide show script I needed.
