blue screen stop message on pc start up

Hi all
My son has a Dell Dimension 3000 pc
OS Home XP
Everytime he starts the pc as the windows screen appears he then gets the dreaded blue screen with
STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF894E528, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000,
0x00000000)
Can anybody help
p.s He dosent appear to have a XP recovery disk
