password promt in startup

Hi all,
My pc starts to ask me a passord while booting. And all these happened without my knowledge. I never enable this password prompt. Anyhow it happens. And my my computer window appears very strange(pls look the image). Do i need a system formatting ?. plz help me.

You can clear the password by unplugging the PC then removing the bios battery for a few seconds. Or, you can enter the bios and disable the password if you know how to.

If you remove the battery for a few seconds it will also reset the time and date so you will have to correct them afterwards.
