ie chrome problems/ web page

Hello all it has been awhile since i have been on here. I have a problem that I am having trouble with.
here it is
I have Sbs 2003 with four client running win xp pro 3 are 32bit one is 64 bit. I had a server problem recently that they could not access the excel files and other things on the server so the server was restarted with no problems the access to file came back. but since then I have had a problem with IE and Chrome the computer are on the internet because I can remote into them. but some of the webpages will not load and it will not download update or other things. it is only on my 3 with 32 bit the 64 bit is fine and the server is fine. I have tried winsock and flushdns and reset IE and LAN settings. it does not matter what profile you are on some thing happens. I have turned off firewall as well. ipconfig seems good. Please help.
