Virus-Downloader-ER McAfee issue

McAfee has detected an infected file by the name of Bridge.exe. The virus name is Downloader-ER I can't clean, delete or quarantine ite file I get the message Access to file is denied. I can remove the files from my C drive, but when I reboot,THERE IT IS AGAIN. Any help for me?:cry:
