how can i clean my computer from trojan virus?

hi all,

can anyone help me on how can i clean my computer from trojan virus?i've scan the computer then just 14 from 28 virus deleted.how about another 14?what can i do with that?fyi, i am using AVG.Please hekp.TQ in advance
