Remote printing ?

Hi
I connect to my work computer (Windows Server 2003) using Remote Desktop from my home computer running XP Professional.
Is there any way, when I am connected to my work computer using
RDP, of printing to my local printer at home ???

Can you not save the document to your home computer then print?
