Adobe Premier 6.5 Installation Problem

Expand Post »
have a legit copy of Premiere (came bundled with a video card that was put on another computer) that I am having problems installing. It is already on another computer and has been working for a while. I just got a laptop delivered yesterday and I want to install premiere on it. When I insert the CD, the Autoplay launches, but then when I click to install premiere 6.5, the cd rom blinks for about a second, then stops. When I explore the cd and click set up that way, it says "The specified path does not exist." The copy of Acrobat Reader on the cd installs fine. Just for kicks, I put the cd on another desktop that doesn't have premiere installed, and it started the installation fine.
What is going ON!? Any ideas?

I have XP Pro SP2, Duo 2GHz, 1 GB RAM
