help video files play only in full screen mode

Hi All,
Windows xp is playing video files in full screen mode irrespective of the different players that i using. and when it starts playing i have no control over the sytem cant even use ctr alt delte only alt and f4 to switch it off. have an acer aspire 1694 with a x700 video card.

Try reinstalling your Display drivers and the codec.

Thanks got the problem sovled my laptop was connected to an external monitor when the clips played i pressed the switch screens buttons a few times and its gone now
