hey everybody, hope y'all can help us out.
My friend's computer is having a random restart issue. He's running Windows XP on a commercially built computer (they bought it from Future Shop). Unfortunantly, I don't have much info on the computer except for:
Intel P4 CPU 2.2 ghz
512 megs of RAM
Microsoft XP Home Ed. ver. 2002
Thing is, they just installed McAfee, and things kinda went to pot. I am at ends. Anyone have any ideas as to what I could do to help him out?
