JIT debug error

Expand Post »
I am trying to activate TSEdigital's Desklog (flight log program). After confirming my email address I hit the activate button and get an error message:
An unhandled exception has ocurred in your application. If you click continue, the app will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the app will shut down immediately.

Server was unable to process request.-- Could not access "CDO.Message" object.--Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation--The transport failed to connect to the server.

Then there are a series of details listed - one of which says I have no JIT debugger registered on this machine.

I have an HP 1530N running WinXP Professional - a media center edition.

I have had a few other errors showing up saying roughly the same thing when I try to access different web pages from IE.

I do have the .NET framework required for this program but I'll be darned if I can get it to activate.

Can anyone suggest a way to make this work?
