Error with riprep image : "0X00000014 memory could not be read"

Hi,

I have a problem with riprep image. After image was deploy with RIS server in my PC, system reboot and ask me the product key. When i click next i have this error :

Setup.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x5f1a340b" referenced memory at "0x00000014". The memory could not be "read".
