Help please! My computer won't start!

My Hitachi Visionbook Pro 7000 series 7560 laptop will NOT start. I have charges it for days straight. When I unplug it it will remain off, and when I plug it in and try to turn it on, It will still not start! I do hear a buzzing sound when it's plugged in, but nothing when it's not. And plugged in or not, it does not display anything on the monitor.

try taking the battery out and plug it in and turn it on
