Password Problem

I just purchased a old Goverment Compaq notebook with WIN 2000, and when I power it up I have the user password screen pop up. How can I bypass this because I dont know the password to login. :rolleyes:

I've never found a fix, I just re-install windows.

Try This for size:-

Makes a boot disk to change local passwords
