none of my programs work!

I was on the internet yesterday and all of the sudden none of my programs work. I can't run MSCONFIG to turn on safeboot, and when I press F8 at startup and try safemode it just reboots into normal mode. I was able once today to log on locally and run msconfig then do system restore but it did not do anything to my other logon to domain where all my programs and files are. I am able to see all of my excel files and so on but when I click them it starts to open them but then closes the program right away.

Have you tried doing a SYSTEM RESTORE to when they all worked??

Sounds like something got corrupted and hopefully a restore will reset things.... (Then run a full scan (disk scan,VS,etc))

I just noticed you did try a restore but it didnt work :(
