Multiple Printer Instances

Expand Post »
I have an MS Access app that prints to a Fuji DocuPrint 203A printer at two locations. ie. 1 notebook PC and two identical printers. The problem I have is that each individual printer requires its own driver so I need to set the appropriate printer as the default. It appears that the printers have a serial no. which is used by the driver to determine if it will talk to the printer. I can probably modify the Access app to set the appropriate printer as the default but it would be a lot cleaner if the one driver would talk to both printers. Does anyone have any ideas please? The Op system is XP SP2.
