outlook 2003 archiving problem

Hello.
I am having a problem with Outlook 2003's archiving funktion. What I wan't to do, is to be able to manually archive all folders, contacts etc. older than 1 year and at the same time deleting the archived folders from my current Outlook folders. Isn't that possible? Please describe the solution in detail as I am not an expert ;) Thanks in advance.

do a google search for archiving. There are so many examples out there ya know.

Ehm..allready done that. I guess its not possible to archive and delete the archived content in your current folders.
