MS Outlook
Hey everyone,
We're not running exchange server (yet) but we do want to backup our email.
The idea was to have a forward address to say [email]myaccount_bu@company.com[/email] and have our server download the emails via outlook to have a backup copy.
Is there a way to tell Outlook to automatically delete emails that are say 60 days old, or to auto delete after a certain disk quota has been met?

Does anyone know how to schedule outlook to automatically backup to a .pst?
