Rundll error during start up.

Expand Post »
When I start my computer I recieve the following message:

C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll The specified module could not be found

This error came after I used the adaware 6, and comes every time I start up my computer.

It seems the computer is running fine, but I am not sure why this error message comes. I reviewed your messages earlier about this problem, but I am not sure how to create the log you need.

Please let me know how to resolve this problem.

Re: Rundll error during start up.

Hey John, try using regcleaner 4.3 by juoni vuori. From here.
This program deletes things like dead registry links and the like. Follow these steps to do a succesful registry cleaning:
Go & click on the drop-down menu [tools]

click on [registry cleanup]

then click on do them all

after finishing, click on the drop-down menu [Select] and click on [all]

Then go to the right lower side of the program and click on [Remove Selected]

It should now go to a process of removing dead links. Congratulations, you've just cleaned your registry!
