Desktop Icons Shadow

Hi.

I have problems with shadows under my desktop icons. My computer has been infected with some spyware, and I managed to get rid of it... Still, it disabled display properties, actually changing background. I managed to fix that too... But now I have shadows under icons and eventhough that's not such a big problem, it gets on my nerves.

I checked if the problem was with the appearance settings and everything seems to be OK. And still, I can't get rid of that shadow...
I'm using Windows XP btw. :confused:

Right click on your desktop and go to arrange icons by then make sure the lock web items on desktop isn't checked.

I have tried almost everything I found on this Forum, and it still didn't work. I just can't see where the problem is? It's mistery...:mrgreen:
