Booting Problem

Hi,
I want to format my harddisc & install Windows XP.
I changed the booting priority to boot from CD first in BIOS setup.
Still I couldn't boot from CD.
My boot priority is like shown below
1st CD/DVD:
2nd IDE-0:WDC WD400BB-OOJHAO
3rd Floppy:1.44MB 3 1/2
4th Disabled

Try other Boot Devices Yes
Please Help.......

Sorry that is not a bootable CD.
Now I got a bootable XP cd from my friend.
The CD drive found a bootable XP cd but now it is opening in DR-DOS prompt.
Its like shown below

[DR-DOS]A:\>

I typed as

G: (my cd drive letter)
cd i386
winnt.exe

But it says

An internal setup error has occured
Could not find a place for a swap file
