Windows XP HE freezes up after succesful install

I have Windows XP Home Edition in stalled on my computer and after running a while it freezes up can anyone help me!

Did this always happen? Did you recently install any new software? Does it always happen when you are doing something specific? We need a whole bunch more details to help you out it seems.

I agree more info what kind of computer is it custom built etc etc more specs buddy.
