IE has encountered an error and needs to close

i've been having trouble with IE getting errors when i close it, here's the error information, any help would be appreciated . . .

Check the following:

- Spyware and other malware on your computer.

- Something is wrong with a website you are visiting.

- Installing another program somehow damaged IE installation. Try a reinstall.
