How to Disable .net passport pop-up

every now and then when browsing the web certain sites cause this pop up to occur:

what can i do to disable this piece of crap. I dont want to make a passport and i sure as hell dont want to be reminded every freaking 5 seconds when im browsing the web.

Microsoft reallllly wants you to login when you visit certain msn.com websites - unfortunately, this also happens when you're visiting sites affiliated with Microsoft. :-/ I just gave in and got a Passport so I'm not sure if there's any way around it :(

i dont think there is either. heres the reason :

delete the MSN icon

In Internet Explorer, go to

Tools,
options
Privacy Tab
Pop up blocker
settings

check allowed for these and remove them from allowed list

zone.msn.com
zonenxt.msn-int.com
zonext.msn-ppe.com
