Windows XP Pro "All Programs" Menu

I have more programs on my computer than the All Programs screen in Windows XP will display. Is there any way to expand the "all programs" menu screen to display all of the installed programs? I tried resizing the window with my mouse but it doesn't work. Thanks.

right click on the start button,go to customize and make sure small icons is checked off ,also your screen resolution could be set low ,right click on the desktop/properties/settings ,what is you resolution if you monitor can handle it try 1024x768 or at least 800x640
