Sound recording problem

Hi guys, recently I installed a sound recorder program, and tried to record the sound during a game. However, the volume of the sound is very very soft, to the extent that I have to max all of my volume controls and my speaker too.. I have tried other sound recording applications, and they were either unable to record the sound or the sound recorded were to soft.. Please give me some advice.. Thanks in advance :)

Thanks for link, I have installed and tried the program, but the sound recorded is still very very soft, just like what I have described in my previous post. I wonder if it is a problem with the system configurations? :-/
