I need some help. I no longer can record songs onto my cds through windows media. The red copy button is grey and I get a "device not detected" message. I dont know if this has anything to do with it, but my son installed a usb upgrade to 2.0 as well as an external dvd burner. The burner was uninstalled and moved elsewhere, but the problem still exists. Please help. JERRY FRUITFLIES1@bellsouth.net
