Get "open with" dialog when opening Windows drives!

The problem is that I get the “Open With” dialog every time I double click any drive in My Computer. I had to select Explorer from Open With dialog to open the drives; Or any other normal ways to access my drives. I think it caused by a virus or something like that, because I reinstall my windows and the problem didn't solve.
Please help me !!!:confused:

view the hidden and system files look for an autorun.inf in your hard drive (e.g C:\autorun.inf,d:\autorun.inf) and just delete this file

I checked all these, but it's not an autorun affect; I think that it must be a virus or something like these..
