Ok I turn on my Hp labtop, and a black screen comes up with this info:
Safe Mode
Safe mode w networking
Safe mode w command pront
Last Configuration
Start Windows Normally

Well here is the thing I tryed all options and it keeps taking me back to the black screen is their way to fix this problem? If I have to Restore that would be ok but I would rather not Thank you

This is just a safe mode screen if you can access windows in any mode check your boot to see how windows itself is set to boot if this is not possible try rolling back your pc to a date when it didn't do this. It is possible that your boot sector got reconfigured some how this is very rare but a possibility.
Yeah I tryed doing so but I can't get to my desktop what so ever I'm stuck on the SafeMode screen
If you dont stand to loose much I would just dump the hard drive and reload windows.
