Windows XP D drive has not icon

Hi Guys

A weird situation: Just finished building my PC (XP). But my D drive has no icon! It has one of those icons when a file is not recognized by windows or has no application installed. Otherwise it works fine. All other drives (C, B, E and even network drives) are okay. How do I get my drive icon back!

Assuming you expect D drive is a hard drive, then what drive letter is your cdrom ?

Try changing cdrom to P or Q and everything shpuld be ok.

Try reloading your icon cache with some software like TuneUp Utilities!
