hp 505n.3600 series printer

printer will print all except main message, any help please, prints top,sides, bottom no main message.

You need to be more clear in your description:

Top, sides, bottom of what kind of document?
Can you successfully print a test page from the printer's utility software?
When did this start happening?
What version of Windows are you using?
What drivers is the printer using?

E mail will print all except the main message.
will print forms complete and pictures.just started this works great except will not print text or main messages. have deleated and reinstalled same thing

What email program do you use, please?

This sounds like a problem with the configuration of your email program rather than one of the printer installation itself.
