Is there a way to integrate IE7 and still stay legal with the ability to update further?

Re: nLite Help

Ok, to the second part.

I load about 2 to 5 systems a day. Everything is ok but for the last two weeks I have not been able to get windows update to work. So i built a disk with the updates installed minus one thing IE7.
The download sight ,(even after successfully getting the genuine validation), will not let me download the installer. Or anything else as a matter of fact. Can still navigate but anyway.

I there a third party site that would have the installer? I have seen a lot of sites with IE7 labeled "cracked" or saying that the runonce will not work....
If you have any Ideas let me know and thanks.
