Windows 2000 Professional (Chinese) Installation Problem

Expand Post »
Hi there I need help.

I had problem doing disk cleanup so I'd decided to reinstal Windows 2000. During reinstallation, the computer freezes at various stages, including a couple of time it froze during the last leg of installation, at the registration of components, after the installation of Startup manual. I am concerned how I can get the installation done successfully, otherwise I won't be able to retrieve the data. Every time it froze, I turned off the computer and turned it on again. I have been doing this many times now without success. I wonder anyone at the forums is able to help me with this.

I have a AMD K6-500 processor.

Thanks.
