When I press CTRL ALT DEL...

Hey I am Alex,
I run Windows XP Professional
I have a dell 4550 Dimension desktop

I have this problem everytime I press CTRL ALT DEL, the toolbar on the top does not show up, I do not know how this happened, when and why. This has been going on for about 2 weeks, and yes I have restarted my computer.

Double click the area where the buttons (TABS) should be. I seems that you have minimized the buttons.
